DRINKS WITH FRIENDS

it’s the important things…

MORRISSEY'S BLONDE (4.2%)

This is one of the most refreshing beers you will taste. Blonde is packed with hops creating a delicious fruity overtone. She’s got a great body which as far as I’m concerned puts her right up there on the catwalk for British Beers.

MORRISSEY'S PLUME BITTER (3.8%)

A light brown, full-bodied ale with a well balanced mix of flavours. Hops blended with malt and bitterness in a smooth finish with some citrus notes in the background. An ideal session bitter.

BASS, BASS BREWERS (4.4%)

Bass is the most famous English ale in the world, and has been brewed in Burton, England since 1777. It is a full-flavored ale that is still brewed to an original recipe, using only the finest ingredients and the experience of generations.

DOOM BAR, SHARP'S BREWERY (4.0%)

An enticing aroma of resinous hop, sweet malt and delicate roasted notes. The mouth feel is a balanced, complex blend of succulent dried fruit, lightly roasted malt and a subtle yet assertive bitterness. The finish is dry and refreshing.

JAIPUR, THORNBRIDGE BREWERY (5.9%)

Packed full of American hops, Jaipur’s hoppiness builds in the mouth and bursts with powerful citrus fruit flavours with a remarkably smooth finish. The fantastic balance of this beer makes for a deliciously drinkable IPA.

MARSTON'S PEDIGREE. MARSTONS (4.5%)

Marston’s Pedigree is a beer borne out of generations of brewers, decades of experience and lifetimes of acquired skill and knowledge. That’s what Pedigree means – a beer that reflects life’s journey.

BLACK SHEEP BEST BITTER (3.8%)

A light, clean drinking and moreish pint with plenty of peppery hop.

OLD ROSIE, WESTON CIDER (7.3%)

Mid golden and straw-like in colour, Old Rosie is a cloudy, medium-bodied fruity cider that has a wonderful aroma of wild berry-fruits, honey and vintage cider-barrels.

PLUM PORTER, TITANIC BREWERY CO. LTD (4.9%)

This beer is dark, strong and well rounded; the richness of such a rotund beer is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Golding’s hops and natural plum flavouring.

PEOPLE LOVE PLUME OF FEATHERS

Visited on a Thursday night, nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. Big choice for everyone across the bar, in particular pull, drawn ales. Had to try a few and may be one or two more! All very well kept and served.

The menu had more about it than you’d find in most pubs but still reasonably priced. Food was great could not fault it, again good service.

Great pub, will be back v soon!

My husband and I have been here numerous times just as a couple and with friends. The food is just amazing, full of flavour and very creative. The food is in great /hearty portion sizes and the service is brilliant.

My husband is gluten intolerant and the manager last night came out with a list of dishes that were good for him. They altered one dish to suit his dietary requirements.

Great selection of wines and Gins too.

What a really lovely spot to celebrate mums 84th birthday. Food simply divine.

The staff here should hold training courses on how to treat customers! 10 out of 10 for service with a smile. Excellent choice of ales. Gorgeous gin & tonic glass with cucumber. Table overlooked bowling green & sun was shining.

As ‘men behaving badly’ fans we were desperate for NM to walk in. Memorabilia (but not tacky) made it a very interesting venue.

Will definitely return.
